This company is a life saver! From the first call I made explaining my carpet problem, the receptionist was there to help. On top of the military rate which is great, she also worked with me by lowering the price of the job. The carpet tech John arrived on time and was very professional and PLEASANT. He gave me several solutions to my carpet issue and was willing to help me save with an alternate solution. He assured me that he would fix my carpet problem and he did just that! I had researched other carpet cleaning companies in the local area and none of them were certified or even willing to do the job. I am so grateful to have found this company. I will continue to tell and recommend this company to others. more

The gentleman who was sent to clean the carpets after my bathrooms flooded was very nice ... he did everything he could to get rid of the water and the smell and he also made sure that any where there was a problem with the smell he went over it twice to make sure no mold or mildew would grow in the carpet or padding .... he did a very good job and I will be calling them the next time I need the carpets cleaned up .... very happy with the service more

They're so awesome, first time user, i've alot of friends on ft lewis and mcchord highly recommended Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaning when we got orders to PCS to Ft Bliss, Texas and needed someone who does a good job of getting stains out, not only did they get the stains out they got out stains i honestly didnt think they could get out of our carpets! We're talking deep deep red stains and they got them all out! Our carpet looks better than what it did when we moved into our apartment! The tech was awesome, friendly and joked with us and talked with us, made sure we knew what was going on and everything! Definately recommend them to anyone wanting to not have to pay to get your carpet replaced,also helps if you have more than one child in the house or if your husband has a dirty uniform on a day to day basis, all in all Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaners are well worth the money! :-) We will most definately be using them again in the near future! more

I had stains that I tried everything to get out of my carpet, Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaners were able to do what I thought immpossible.....They got the stains out. The service member who came to my home was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and is my new best friend!! We are in the process of clearing quarters on base and getting those stains out saved us alot of money by now not having to have the carpets replaced.
