I am happy to finally own my own home. Unfortunately, the process of getting a mortgage to pay for it was frustrating at first. Christian was only one person on my list of potential mortgage people, but ended up being the last one I called. He contacted me about 4 minutes after my initial inquiry. He asked me a few simple questions, and without hesitation, knew what I needed and what would be the best option for me. I could complete the application electronically, but Christian showed patience and took all of my information over the phone. That same day I started getting emails from Christian guiding me through the process of the mortgage, and the constant updates continued all the way through till the closing. In addition, my paperwork may have been complicated and there may have been a fairly tight deadline, but Christian?s well-oiled and streamlined team finalized the process exceeding my expectations and on schedule. I will have to recommend him to everyone and anyone just out of the gratitude I have for him and his team.
