As usual as selling one home and buying another may sound, it was anything but. We decided to sell our home during the housing market slump and move to Moses Lake (East of the Cascades). Even though the market had taken a terrible turn and we wanted to buy a home three hours away, Chris took on the challenge without hesitation.
To say the least we are very pleased with the outcome of our situation. Chris sold our home in two weeks of putting it on the market and for the full purchase price to boot. Now the purchase of our home in Moses Lake proved to be much more difficult, but with Chris's extensive knowledge and expert guidance we are now happily settled into our new home.
Whether the transaction was smooth and quick or difficult and lengthy, Chris did his best to make our experience an enjoyable one!
