Dr. James Cranford opened Chowan Chiropractic in his home town of Edenton, N.C. in 1999. He specializes in hands on and instrument assisted chiropractic procedures for the conservative management of musculoskeletal conditions, such as neck, shoulder, lower back, auto and sports related injuries. He feels that he excels at various headache treatments and has received extensive training on treating facial pain associated with TMJD.
