C3 is pretty much your standard candy store - you don't see much of places like Sweet Factory or Dylan's Candy Bar in DC so if you're looking for a place to just indulge on some really good quality chocolate, or find a quick gift for your girlfriend or mother, C3's wares can pretty much do the trick. They do have sugar-free options available for the health-conscious folks (but if you're going to have chocolate, you might as well go all out!).
