Best stylist in Atlanta 5/2/2007

Muse stands above the rest. I have moved 11 times and have never been happier with my stylist. Lauren has been my stylist and colorist for 5 years. She is creative, ( a true visonary) a great listener, and always gives me a cut and color other people and friends rave about. It is awesome to find a professional stylist you completely trust. The entire staff is so friendly and you feel like you are with close friends when you visit Muse. Lauren by far is the most talented stylist I have ever had. more

Best cut & color 5/2/2007

Chique is the best cut and color salon that I have ever been to. The environment is friendly and it is conveniently located in East Cobb County. I used to drive all the way to Buckhead to get my cut & color, but now that I use Chique, I get a superior styling close to home. Pros: Very professional, yet friendly. more

I highly recommend Chique Hair Salon in the Shallowford Falls Shopping Center. This is a friendly neighborhood salon where you will feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. You can get a fantastic haircut, join in lively chats filled with laughter, feel pampered. Whatever you want, Hilde and her staff can deliver. Pros: Conveniently located next to a Kroger store. Chique Hair Design 5/2/2007

I have been going to Hilde at Chique almost my entire life! I followed her from a Buckhead salon to her shop in East Cobb years ago. She gives the best haircut ever. My entire family, including kids and grandkids now use her shop. She is very good at listening to what your tastes are and what your specific problems are with your hair. Everyone in the shop stays very current on the new trends for hair cuts and styles, so they are all great about making new suggestions, if you ask. The stylists do everything from trimming a baby's bangs, cutting a teenage boy's hair very specifically to his desire, fixing a fantastic up-do for prom weekend, keeping a young mom up on ""what's hot"", to setting a grandma's hair with rollers and a dryer. They do it all well. Pros: Service, good suggestions & fun! Cons: There aren't any! more

I love Hildi & the staff... very friendly & it's a lot of fun to go into the Salon. I get the best cut & highlights I've ever had any where in Atlanta! I don't feel that I have to go into the city to get the best style/service & smiles :-) !! more

Best haircuts and foils anywhere!!!! 5/2/2007

Hilde, the salon's owner, has been cutting and styling my hair for more years than either of us is willing to admit! She has always given me the best cuts and styles. I trust her totally! Really, her cuts are so good that I am asked all the time who cuts my hair. I am always thrilled to give Hilde another glowing recommendation. Also, my two daughters and my husband go to Chique and get wonderful treatment from Hilde and Katherine. Everyone is so nice, knowlegeable and friendly . It is definitely worth the trip to go to the salon. I drive over from Dunwoody and literally would drive as far as I had to in order for Hilde to do my hair!! Pros: Everything more

Best place for hair 5/1/2007

I have fine naturally wavy hair that over the years (lot's of them--I'm sort of old!) it has proven difficult to style. Hildy and her folks have no trouble with and it can grow out to the point of losing its original style and I can still work with it. I now have it colored and want it to look very natural, like I got those genes that everyone dreams of --and it does. They are also nice, good people and make really good coffee! My skinny straight hair and I have been going to Chique for over 15 years. I don't know how Hilde does it, but I just put myself in her hands and she makes my hair look great. I don't tell her what to do. She says, ""let's have fun,"" and we do. She is so creative with her ideas and yet she is so in tune with my conservative inhibitions that in the end, I have a haircut I love and color that looks natural. But what is really cool is that everyone in her salon is totally client-oriented and incredibly talented. Even if Hilde doesn't do your hair, you will be in skilled hands. Hilde and her stylists constantly attend workshops that keep them on the ""cutting edge"" of hair design. Chique is a gem of a salon nestled in the corner of a busy shopping center. A friend told me about Chique Hair and her hair always looked great. so I tried it. Love it. I always have a good time, leave smiling and looking fabulous, what more can you ask for in a salon? I'm fairly new in town, and a friend of mine recommended Chique. Excellent choice! Everyone was extremely friendly, and the service was great. Hilde was especially nice, and she thoroughly listened to me before delivering the exact cut I wanted. I was very happy with the results, and will definitely be going back again. more

I got the best color and haircut at this salon. Hilde was my stylist and she was amazing. I'm always happy when I've left other salons, but when I left this one I realized I was never going anywhere else, I looked great! I'm not an expert on hair but I know when I get compliments. I have been to a lot of salons throughout the city, but have never gotten the time and attention that the people at Chique give you. Both Hilde and Arthur really took the time to understand what I wanted, explained in depth what my options were, and gave me time to decide without being rushed. The relaxed atmosphere puts you at ease and you never feel pressured. Best of all, I felt like I got the type of cut and color you get at the top LA and NY salons. Great customer service 10/7/2006

I was searching desperately online for a new hairstylist that was preferably closer to home and more professional than my current stylist. Well, I found him! Arthur was a refreshing change from the stylists at other hair salons that I have been to! I was amazed at how thorough his questions were regarding my desires, and how he did his best to use his professional knowledge to meet my needs as much as possible. The result was fabulous! The entire salon has a friendly, casual atmosphere to it that welcomes you in the door. I cannot wait to recruit family members, friends, and strangers on the street and have them enjoy the same wonderful experience that I did!!! more

I have found the best hair stylist in atlanta (Christine) and she is right here in marietta at Chique. Christine does both my wifes hair as well the kids and i, she is incredible with the kids(no one else has) and my wife is elated about her ability to fix( her) color job (home job). Her personality has made us repeat customers for life. more

Great Salon 12/15/2005

I found a great salon around Atlanta with no attitude stylists.....why is it that stylists with attitude are usually not very good at what they do? As a professional photographer, I found the quality of work on me and the other people in the salon to be better than other high end stylists in Atlanta. I even spoke with some and they knew the salon and my stylist (Hilde). It's no attitude and top quality....how can you beat that. It's amazing what you can find when you look.
