Definitely NOT closed!! Chips has been in business doing great work at reasonable prices for years. We're snowbirds here for half the year, and last year my brother and sister-in-law were referred to Chip, by the family that owns our park, and they've done business with him for a long time! This year it was our turn to need his services. He fixed our fan that circulates the air conditioning, quickly, and reasonably, as we were assured he would! All of us in the park will continue using his services!
