This isn't mexican. How does anyone eat this stuff? Go get a real burrito. If you wanted salad on rice I guess you're at the right place. more

best mexican fast-food 12/30/2011

Chipotle is by far the best Mexican fast-food place there is. Even though the food is pretty healthy, which is what fast-food isn't really about. The one thing I don't like about this place is how noisy it gets and how crowded it can also get sometimes. Most times there isnt even any seating available in the place. The best thing about the place is the customer service and how generous they are with their servings to me. :) more

Great Food 12/28/2011

I love the steak burrito! Even though they give so much food I always finish my burrito because it's so good. more

Best Burritos, next to Poquito Mas, Great Healthy Place 11/17/2006

Great Burritos, Great Margaritas and Atmosphere. Marinated meats to perfect level. Decent prices and worth the price. Pros: Best marinated meats, Great burritos Cons: Packed sometimes, but worth it. more

Decent chain mexican food 11/13/2006

If you're in a hurry, this Chipotle is very convenient as it's right next to the movie theater. The food is decent but the atmosphere is a bit strange as it felt very conveyer-belty and almost like the way you order a sandwhich at a sandwhich place. Still, the food was decent, if a bit steep. more

It's goood 10/27/2006

Chipotle is some good stuff even though it's owned by McDonald's. The burritos are almost big enough for two meals and their rice is great. more

I thought rolling stuff this good was illegal! :) 6/11/2005

Everything here is delicious. The recipes for the meats, the rice, the beans, the salsas, and the guacamole are one of a kind! And the burritos are humungous! While there are others who'll say, ""You gotta go to an AUTHENTIC Mexican place for a REAL burrito"", I say, ""You don't have to if you're near a Chipotle!"" The carnitas here melts in your mouth. BTW, it's not on the menu, but I've gotten a quesadilla here (with chicken, onions and peppers). Just ask. Sign up for e-mails on their website, and you'll be the first to know when freebies come along! Bring your business card for the fishbowl; you could win 25 burritos! If a logo appears on your burrito's foil, IT'S FREE! They may be owned by McDonald's, but thank God the food is so much better! Pros: Great food, quick service, inexpensive Cons: U may park far away, but it's worth walkin more

The Best Burritos in LA 7/31/2004

There's something about burritos in aluminum foil that just make them taste better. Or maybe it's the fact that Chipotle makes ""American-style"" burritos, which to my Anglo-Saxon taste buds are superior to their Mexican counterparts. Either way, there really needs to be a Chipotle closer to Silverlake. If you are interested in opening up one, please contact Chipotle about franchising. I can just about guarantee that it will be successful. Back to the burritos, I like the fact that they are made right in front of you in about a minute, and the sheer simplicity of the burrito provides a great overall taste. Mention that you're a student and they'll give you a free soda! Pros: Inexpensive, Fast more
