They are authentic as far as the ingredients, I'll give them that. I wish they would cook the veggies especially way longer. The rice is not cooked enough either. What really stands out to me is their quacamole and chips. The meats and chicken are already marrinated and can be spicey, but hey that's what chipotle actually means spicey.Their stores are clean and consistent and reasonably priced. So if this place is your thing, and apparently Americans are flocking to this growing chain; rock on! Beans, beans the magical.....
