I can't even write this as a one star review (but I had to give it one star to publish the review), that is how bad of an experience my husband and I had.
We ordered food to be delivered; the order was wrong. In addition chicken was dry, dumplings were burnt, got spring rolls instead of egg roles. Pork fried rice without the pork, his dinner was the wrong dinner too. The bag leaked with some type of sauce that was not part of either of our orders (I'm sure someone is missing their sauce and spring rolls).
Then we called to complain and see if we could get a future credit.
(On a side note I am allergic to seafood)
The unfriendly and uncaring person on the phone said that they will give us an order of crab rangoon in place of a $35.00 order to chinese food the next time we order - lol. We said we want a $35.00 credit, for the whole order.
We were then told that the manager will come to our house (in an hour or so at 10:30pm on a Sunday) to get pick up the food and give us credit for what is left. The manager came here and opened up the containers to ensure all of the food (or at least half) was there. (I guess they assume we just called as a joke and still ate the food).
We were told that as long as there was more then half there in each container that they would give us our money for whatever was there. He also said that the manager will drive to our house to look in each container, take the food and then he will determine how much money they would give us in return - are you kidding me???
Dry chewy chicken, an incorrect order of food, no pork in the pork fried rice - and so on. I can't even talk about how rude the guy on the phone was, it takes it to another level.
Do they think that all they did was lose us as customers??? Well, I will tell as many peole this story as possible until they start treating people with respect.
I will NEVER go back and strongly encourage you to look somewhere else for Chinese food in the future.
