I bought a a house with a wood burning fireplace last year. This year, I called to have the chimney cleaned, as I had no idea when it had been done prior. Lou Turdo showed up right on time and looked at my chimney. He said it wasn't that dirty and didn't need to be done. I really appreciate the honesty! He could have cleaned it and charged me and I would have never known the difference. I will definitely call Lou again when it does need to be cleaned!
