First, the positive.
The waiting rooms, and exam areas are decorated with children in mind. Several flat screen TVs tucked in every imaginable corner (even over exam chairs) play children's movies. There are video games in the lobby, fun murals all around, and a small playhut for toddlers.
The very small negative:
When the waiting room is crowded (which is often), it isn't a fun place for grown-ups. The noise factor is high, there isn't a ton of elbow room, and the line for the bathroom can be frustrating.
But my children love to go there, and I'm willing to drive the 40 minutes in each direction to get there.
Tip: Try to get one of the last appointments of the day, and you'll avoid most of the hubub.
