I went to this studio for the first time last week and I left with the thought, ""Why would anyone NOT go to Chesapeake Hot Yoga?!"" When the class was over, I was completely relaxed yet at the same time, I felt invigorated. The owner and instructor were very welcoming and friendly. Thanks for such an amazing experience! more

Amazing Yin yoga class! My first class was Yin and I fell in love with this unusual method. I'm not a big yoga person but ow I take all the classes and can tell you that I feel wonderful after class. Each class is different. Each instructor is clearly qualified and knowledgable on many different levels. The studio is clean and the yoga room is incredibly spacious. more

Great studio and workout 11/29/2011

New to yoga but this stuff really helps me heal and maintain my flexibility. The environment is really great, and the instructor is very good. If you run a lot or do any weights and don't stretch like you should after, you better get in here. more

Huge variety of classes 11/6/2011

I love the fact that this studio has a variety of classes with a lot of different teachers. The new Yin and Yang class is so relaxing! The staff is great and it is reasonably priced. more

Great variety of instructors and class styles. I love that the yoga room is huge and has gorgeous bamboo floors. The classes are well instructed and taught in the traditional method. It's clean, spacious and the staff is so friendly. more

I've been coming here for months and just love it! The teachers and staff are all super friendly help make you feel really comfortable. The studio is very nice and the actual room you do the yoga in is really quite big. more

Same routines over and over 6/7/2010

I am a member here and have lost my passion for yoga slowly over time beacause every class (okay, 85%) is the same routine over and over! Its 5 different typed of low lunges then 5 types of high lunges then standing postures then warier postures. most of the instructors say the same things word-for-word as every other class- no creativity at all! There are a couple good teachers that DO switch up the class routines but most don't. Why spend money here if you can tape record them and replay at home?? more
