I loved how fast they came. I’m really glad I picked them over other companies. My garage door wouldn’t open and close in the morning and I wouldn’t leave the house until I got this fixed. I thought it would be impossible. But I read on the reviews that la garage repairs comes on the same day and is really quick. They came within 30 minutes and only took about less than hour to fix my garage! more

Tech was best of three quotes to replace broken garage door springs, willing to come same day if needed. Arrived with two pairs of springs to ensure he had correct size. He was polite, personable, and professional. I already recommended him to a neighbor, and if we need any garage door related service, we will contact Thomas at High Point NC Reliable garage doors more

The new opener in my garage is perfect. I was so sick of the chain drive I had before. It was loud, and just always gave me problems. But I just got the new opener, and i am very pleased with this thing. haha. It is MUCH more quieter than the chain. You barely hear it when you are in the house. LOVE IT. Thank you guys so much. more

Impressive job was done with my garage door by this company. I never thought they would be able to fix it after I had a serious accident and it was severely bent. recommend High Point Nc Reliable Garage Doors tis a team of professionals. I'm thankful that I did not have to buy a new door. more

I called them based on a reference from a neighbor. We had both garage doors in need of service. Right from the first phone call I was impressed by their professionalism. I expected it to be days before I could get scheduled for service but I had a tech here within a couple of hrs. more

High Point Nc Reliable Garage Doors was the best choice for my garage door. I actually had 2 service calls previously to them. I was charged $69 and $89 with the other companies just for the service call. They came out here and did everything way cheaper. I recommend them to every one I know, that needs garage door help! more

Very pleased with service 11/15/2012

High Point NC Reliable Garage Doorscame right out when my garage door wouldn't open or close until about the 5th time using it. He provided a very inexpensive tune-up and my garage worked again. I won't hesitated to call him the next time I have a problem or have to get the garage door opener replaced. I highly recommend him. more

My garage door was stuck halfway and tech didn't have to come out to fix it. We just talked over the phone and he guided me on how to fix the machine. He is very knowledgeable about how the machine works and I would highly recommend him. more

I couldn’t afford most companies because of the economy so when I found this company I was so glad they had great prices. A car crashed into my garage a few months ago and I was panicky thinking it would cost a fortune but it didn’t and I got such great service in return. more
