We were fixing up a 3 br 3 bath to put on the market and needed someone to come through after post-construction and do a very thorough deep clean. We were quoted all the way up to $900 to do it. Checkmaids did it for $350 and even stayed an extra hour since it was end of day and they didn't have other appointments to be too.
