Chartway Credit Union

I have had an account Heritage West Credit Union for about 11 years now. I have had to change my account number on 2 different occasions and my Debit cards have been reissued about 2 times every year because fraud seems to be very common with them. Just today I was at work and my husband called to inform me our cards have been locked out. When he visited Heritage West Credit Union, in person, they told him they have no idea why they were locked and that there was nothing they could do. We would just have to wait for new cards. This is the most unprofessional and ridiculous bank I have ever dealt with! I am now STRANDED without a debit card and no cash and 1/8 tank of gas, Thanks for absolute horrible service Heritage West Credit Union!!!!! more

Girl on the phone was sassy and rude sounded like I was a burden and she didn't have the time. A computer glitch charged me late fee's The agent seem to think the computers are perfect stated ""if the computer charge you it must be right"" Good thing I keep all my old check statements cause if it were for them I would have been charge the additional fee's. BANK ELSE WERE NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION Cons: Unwilling to work with you more
