I've lived in Newnan for almost three months, and our internet has gone down at least 20-30 times so far. There seems to always be outage problems in this area of Georgia, and I'm constantly having to call them to find out whats going on, when it will be back up. It is so annoying. Sometimes it goes out for only ten minutes. Sometimes its for three-four hours. If only I had a better choice of ISP to go with, but alas, I dont think there is. more

Charter is the best High Speed Internet in Newnan 8/24/2005

We had problems with Newnan Utilities always going down and not providing the services we needed. Charter took care of our needs for just a little more $$. We have only had one outage that I can remember in almost a year. They also have a great music download package for less than $10/month. The cable TV rates are high with digital (but they are everywhere). The high speed internet is why we switched to Charter and why we will stay with Charter. I only wish that they were available in more areas. more
