Robert Mizrahi (Chaos Commandos) is an unscrupulous and unprofessional service provider that I would avoid at all costs. Mizrahi was contracted to design and install garage shelving. During installation he punctured a pipe. Rather than inform us of the damage, he simply shifted the shelving unit location. After we had paid Mizrahi in full, the punctured pipe began leaking, which resulted in substantial drywall damage. When we informed Mizrahi of the punctured pipe he agreed that he had caused it. He said such repairs were out of the scope of his ability and he suggested we hire a professional. We did so. When we forwarded the repair bill, Mizrahi readily admitted he caused the damage, but refused to reimburse us for the repair costs. Mizrahi (Chaos Commandos) is untrustworthy and unprofessional. He fails to stand by his work and I would never hire him again. Beware when dealing with Mizrahi and Chaos Commandos.
