Free diagnostics! 3/3/2014

Free diagnostics! The only place in town that offers this for free when other companies charge $80. They diagnosed my car and then I was able to get a fair assessment at the job that needed to be address. It made me feel at ease. more

Words can't express my sincere gratitude. I knew as soon as we had the car problem I wanted to return for help and you certainly proved my decision to be correct. I realized you went out of your way to get the work done in a really fast manner and I truly thank you and your staff for going out of your way to do that. What could have been a horrible ordeal turned into a pleasant process. Your kindness, helpfulness and honesty are so appreciated. Thank you ever so much for helping us be on our way to continue our journey west!! more

We've used Chance Transmissions on our family vehicles. They are really friendly, and have a lot of knowledge and experience about the situation. They've always treated me fairly. We will be using their services in the future. more

Overall, a good experience. Their office was really clean for a mechanic shop. 1/11/2013

We went in to Chance Transmissions for just a repair. They were honest and gave us pricing before they did anything, so I could approve it. The whole thing turned out to be a little cheaper than I expected. They got us back on the road quickly, which I was also happy about. more

We have 3 cars, all of which are maintained on a regular basis by Chance. We have been using them for approx. 8 to 10 years and have have great experiences with this company. They review all of the car's history with us and keeps us informed if anything comes up. more
