Pleasant. Mr. Nelson explained everything well. The work seems to, have been done appropriately and well. The waiting room was clean and adequate amenities were provided. The Price is Right is OK, but I would have rather watched Fox News. more

Chuck was awesome: kept me informed and was pleasant and professional. \r \r My only concern was with the online scheduling system. Although I went through the process, it apparently did not show up for them. Chuck was nice enough to accommodate me anyhow, but it was irritating that the online scheduling system, which I had been encouraged to utilize, did not work. more

Fantastic 7/8/2014

My experience was fine.. I had some recalls to do and also an engine oil leak, power steering leak. The only thing I am not impressed with is I drove from Winnemucca to get recalls done and they didn't have the parts to do one of them so now its another trip from Winnemucca, more gas money and on this last visit, I had to make two trips to get my vehicle. more

Great Sales experience 6/30/2014

It was a good experience. I have a hard time having to relying on transportation. I rely on heavily on my car. So waiting for the shuttle was the bad part. It wasn't the drivers fault. The timing that was off. more
