Horrible Customer Service 4/13/2012

I have purchased several computers from Digilink over the past few years and lately have experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Today I called concerning an issue, and the first question I was asked was how old the computer was, I indicated 4-5 years old and was told there was nothing he could do. I indicated that he surely could'nt be an owner at which point he told me that not only was he the owner but that he was ""GOD"". more
