Chamberlain Place

I have lived at Chamberlain Place for almost 4 years now with my fiance and our three children. We have never had any problems with the office staff responding or taking care of any issues we may have. To respond to the person above, if you have a pet, you are going to get fleas no matter what. I have a pet myself and found fleas on it, but I wouldnt say the community is infested. We treat ours monthly and havent had any problems. You have to treat your pet and even then your pet will pick them up. Its not until the flea bites your pet that it will die. As the weather gets warm, fleas and ticks hatch. If you are having a problem with them getting in your newborns diapers and clothes, maybe you should think about not letting your pet get that close to your baby... just a thought.. anytime we've had any issues with bugs, spiders, ( as anyone that lives here knows ) they have always sprayed for us inside and out. I would most definately recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet, well maintained grounds community. They are infested with fleas! I have been finding them every where. Even in my newborns clothes & diapers! I have been calling & complaining for the last 4 months & they tell me the samething, ""we'll schedule for someone to come spray outside & inside"" but nothing has EVER happened. The office even admitted to me the first time I called that they have problems with fleas! I cannot wait till our lease ends in 2 months, and its only a problem on the bottom floor apartments. more
