The Chiropractic Adjustment requires more than just cracking an individuals back. New patients: A detailed evaluation and history will be completed to find the general area of subluxation.Radiographs of the spine will be performed. They are necessary because as a primary health care provider,it is necessary to rule out any underlying pathology such as fracture,cancer,etc.They are a valuable tool in determining what is causing the problem. Physiotherapy: To complement and enhance the healing effects of Dr. Chad s specific adjustment treatment,the following physiological therapeutic procedures are provided:Interferential electrical muscle stimulation Ultrasound Cryotherapy Nutritional Counseling: Specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance the patient's return to optimal health. Patients are encouraged to fill a daily diet diary to record what they eat in a typical week. Diet modifications will be suggested in order to guide patients toward optimal health. Lifestyle Advice Often it is helpful to "coach" patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge.
