Excellent Customer service, and quickly helped me figure out if I needed a or b elbows. Matched the color to my other spouting perfectly. Sent my mom back for additional pieces and they helped get everything needed to finish my projects. Instead of doing just the down spout, I continued on and completed the whole spout system. Cleats, screws and all....when things go smoothly, it is such a blessing......love the fact that they are open at 7 for contractors, but if you happen to get there early, they do not make you wait. Very helpful even for the do it yourselfer.
