Outrages prices, bad customer service 4/26/2012

Their prices are not very good. They are selling their Ben Nye eyeshadow for $12. I went in cause I was close buy and left cause that is outrageous. I told them another business had it for $6.99 and they were just like ok go there and get it. Not very good customer service. I was prepared to buy 3 eyeshadows. That would have been $36 and at the other place I could get it for $21. I wasn't going to pay $15 just out of convenience.\r \r more

nice costumes, bad customer service (real bad) 10/18/2009

i called with specific information about a costume. The woman refused to answer my question about price and wouldn't give the phone to someone else that could assist me. Said she was ''busy with another client and to come into the store"". Perhaps the next time a doctor calls me at work for cancer results, I'll just be rude and tell him to drive to the lab for the information..... WoW! This store is a dream come true for the more advanced costume shopper. They have all the right stuff to make you original. The selctions are endless at an awesome price. The Customer Service is ""The Best"". Helping you with several ideas with just one item. If looking the part is as important as acting the part. You will not go wrong with this store. I would not suggest that you take little ones to shop here if they are hands on. This a place for older teens and adults. Due to the ""quality"" of items that are on display. Pros: Great Atmosphere ! Great Service ! Cons: All honesty, I have none ! more
