This was the worse animal hospital I have ever been to. I had to make an emergency appointment when my cat starting having seizures. The front staff was rude and made me feel unwelcome and a nuisance. It's not as if I was there for a nail trim. My cat was having seizures. When I saw the doctor, she was condescending and indifferent. I was told my cat had an ear infection, I did blood work, given meds and sent on my way. $300 dollars and a visit to a different vet office (I recommend going to sand creek vet instead on wolf road). My cat was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I had to put her down. I dont blame central for the diagnosis, I do blame them for the suffering my cat endured under a false diagnosis.
