Drew at Central Penn Plumbing Services, Inc 1/10/2017

Drew installed a humidifier/condensate pump on my furnace during the past week. Work was done in a professional manner and both units work properly. I was impressed with Drew's technical knowledge and his timely completion of each installation. Hope all Central Penn technicians are as competent as Drew. more

Eric was thorough, courteous, professional and clearly knowledgeable. He conducted an annual preventive maintenance on our heating system. As an aside, this is characteristic of Central Penn. I have had them do extensive plumbing/remodeling in the house. Whoever comes out is invariably first rate. This is a first rate company. more

Eric was wonderful, he was very professional and competent, he was detailed and skilled at his job. We were so relieved to have someone that knew what to do and did it right. We hope he will stay with Central Penn as we plan on requesting him in the future and referring him to our friends & Family. Outstanding Service! 12/4/2016

My wife and I returned home from a vacation at 10:30 on a Saturday evening to discover a bad water leak in our home. I immediately called Central Penn Plumbing and Ron & Drew arrived very promptly to troubleshoot and get the situation under control. Not only did they do this on Saturday evening, but when I had follow on questions Sunday morning, both were available via cell phone even to the point where Ron helped me troubleshoot an issue via a Facetime video chat session and text messaging. Their professionalism and helpful attitude really went a long way to calming our already frazzled nerves and I couldn't be more happy with the service provided. Central Penn has always been top notch for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs and I would highly recommend them for any job big or small! - Rich & Lori Pizzarro more

central air conditioning replacement job well done 11/18/2016

I hired Central Penn to replace my central air conditioning system after mold was discovered throughout it. They did a wonderful job. Their price was reasonable for the work done and there were no cost overruns. They started when they said they would and finished on time. The technicians cleaned up after themselves each day. All of my questions were answered. I am very pleased with the job that was done. more

Jon is conscientious and professional. He has great people skills and was really a joy to have in the office. In fact - he noticed a pt of ours who had fallen when walking into the office and he got out of his van to assist her. Heat Pump Preventative Maintenance 11/2/2016

Ken Bordner performed the semi annual service on my heat pump today and did a great job. Found an issue right away with a bad dual cap that was causing the fan to not run. Nice to have all of the preventative maintenance services performed, filters cleaned or replaced...good to go for winter! Would never use anyone but Central Penn Plumbing more
