The Central Kentucky Jewish Federation Community Relations Committee promotes dialogue and understanding among the diverse population of Central Kentucky and promotes awareness and social action to improve living conditions for everybody in our area and to fight Anti-Semitism and all forms of racism and discrimination in the spirit of Jewish and prophetic tradition. The mission of the Jewish Federation is to promote and foster unity and cohesion in the Jewish community of Central Kentucky, to improve the quality of Jewish life in the community by developing and maintaining recreational, social, cultural and leisure activities, community services, and to provide financial assistance and moral support to the State of Israel, Jewish people in all countries, and selected local charities.
