A wonderful school! 4/11/2012

I'm so glad that my family found this school for my two children. The school is not only beautiful on the outside, but the teachers are caring, challenging and have motivated my children to love learning. They go to school happily! Not only are my kids receiving great academic preparation for college, but the teachers and administration work with the students on character as well. This is a Christian school with strong Bible classes and chapel services and is affiliated with the church across the street, but accepts students from all different church backgrounds making it a wonderful melting pot. My family couldn't be happier! more

One of the best private schools in the Valley 1/15/2009

My daughter is now in the 11th grade and she has been attending this school since age 3 (pre-school). I love Centers of Learning and am so thankful for its principal and teachers. They have integrity, tremendous dedication and express real love for all of the children. The academic level is also very high--most kids score well above average on SAT tests. Pros: Thumbs up! Beautiful facility, wonderful people Cons: Only one of a kind--wish there were more schools like this one more

Great School! Great Teachers! Great Administration! 1/14/2009

Our son is a sophmore at Centers of Learning, and has been attending the school since preschool. We chose Centers of Learning because of the strong professional administrators and teachers, the curriculum, and a philosophy that says all children can learn if taught. The school creates a climate condusive to learning -- safe, clean, caring, well organized, small classroom sizes -- and has a high level of parent involvement and support. Through every grade, each of our son's teachers has played a significant and important role in his growth and development. They've held him to the highest standards, provided him with ample opportunities to practice the skills he's been taught in order to grasp concepts, and have genuinely cared about him personally. Centers of Learning maintains a philosophy that the education of a child is above all a cooperative effort that involves the school, the student, the teachers, the parents, the community. These parents couldn't be more delighted. Pros: Classroom size, teachers and staff, administration more

Great School! 1/14/2009

I am an alumna of Centers of Learning and loved every minute of my education there. The teachers were very caring, and were continually challenging me to do my best. The school is affiliated with a non-denominational church and we attended weekly chapel at the church right across the street. I was well-prepared for college and have now graduated and have a successful managerial position with a global company. Pros: wonderful staff, great campus, great opportunities that you don't get at larger schools more

A great school! 1/13/2009

Centers of Learning is a top-quality Christian school. It's clean, modern, safe and very friendly. I have three children who attend this school and they have attended for years. The teachers are very attentive, caring and very experienced. My children are very happy there and the class size is relatively small which is very nice. It has a beautiful new playground and a huge grassy field. I highly reccommend this school! more

Questionable... 9/26/2008

I looked into this school for my pre-k student. I found it questionable that \r they provide a Christian-based education because they are not affiliated with a \r church. I was very concerned when the preschool director stated that several \r preschool students had been expelled for behavior, and the director indicated \r that she held the parents responsible for not changing their child's behavior. \r As an experienced teacher myself, I understand that developing effective \r classroom mamangement techniques is important. I didn't get the impression that \r classroom mamangement is an issue for this school because they will simply \r expell any student that they don't feel is fit to attend. On a positive note, I \r can say that the school looks virtually new and the grounds are very well \r maintained. But I would not send my child to this school for the other reasons \r noted. FYI...Greatschools website refused to print this review for reasons I do not understand. more
