But during these chaotic times in the banking industry and hard economic times, my appreciation for the professionalism and personal attention show by all members of the Islamorada FL branch of Centennial Bank has brought a comfort level I value greatly. I feel like we are working together which makes the small mistakes which happen on both sides get smoothed over seamlessly. And there never has been a big one - due to great communication from Katie Suzan - the branch manager.
