LOVE!!!! LOVE!!!!! LOVE!!!! Celestial Bride I had such a wonderful experience with the ladies at Celestial Bride!!!! They not only found me the dress of my dreams they were able to make custom changes to the gown to make it a one of a kind gown just for me!!!!!! They were so wonderful in every step from the gown purchase, dress fitting and the final steaming. These ladies work with you in every step and always make you feel wonderful!!! I will recommend Celestial Bride to everyone I know!!!!! more

I have to say, I just had a terrible experience at Celestial. These ladies were so nice and helpful when i went in looking for a particular bridesmaid dress. They took my measurements and decided I should order a size 10 in the dress. I am really busty and said are you sure I shouldnt go with a size 12 and then get it taken in the waist. They said no and assured me a size 10 would be perfect! So I trusted them because they are the professionals. Picked up my dress two weeks ago and guess what? It was wayyy to tight! Barely got it zipped up.My boobs are spilling out over the top of it , and cant even breathe in it. But they said it was too late to order a different size at this point. SO I met with the seamstress they reccommmended. She had to add straps the dress, take in the waist and everything. The dress looks terrible on me, It looks way to small, my boobs dont fit in the dress at all, the straps are causing my skin to get all red because they are digging into my shoulders. The owner/ or woman who runs it woudlnt even look at me in the eye, never said she was so sorry that this dress doesnt fit, sorry she ordered me the worng size. SHe took NO responsibility at all! I felt like she was hiding in the back room while I had my fitting because she didnt want to face me! She didnt even offer to pay for my alterations which were an extra 100 dollars!!!! SO now I am dreading my best friends wedding because I am going to be so uncomfortable in this 250 dollar dress that actually cost me 350 because of extra alterations. I have to stand infront of 200 people and give a speech for my best friends wedding in a dress that shows wayy to much of my chest,and that i cant even breath in! I will add a photo later to show you all what i am talking about. I am just so angry, I understand that these things happen, but take some responsibility for your business and your mistake . They should have at the very least offered me a discount or to pay for the alterations! They say they want you to feel more beuatiful and confident, well they did the exact opposite for me! THANKS A LOT. CAnt believe I had to pay 350 bucks for this dress that doesnt fit me! more

After having back to back terriable experiences at other bridal stores I made my way into Celestial Bride and Tux. My previous experiences were so bad that I entered this store with a definate wall up around me. I was instantly greeted warmly and with genuine excitement and flare from the ladies behind the counter. They had many other customers in the store at the time but yet were able to give me the one on one attention I needed. I had full access to all of the dresses and was able to handle the dresses myself. My consultant Rachael was wonderful, she spent over 3 hours with me and just kept bringing in dresses for me to try. I felt so comfortable and at ease in this store. The dressing rooms are amazing and I just cant say enough good things about their service. I put a deposit down that day on the dress of my dreams. Thank you so much ladies for turning my dress shopping experience around. I would HIGHLY recommend any bride to be to go see them and see the difference that friendly, happy to be there people can make..... more

Wish we had shopped there first! The owner and her staff are extremely helpful, and appear to treat each bride as if she is their only customer. We bought my daughter's dress somewhere else, and found that most bridal shops with which we had an appointment were rather snooty, some even disinterested, and some you even had to pay to park to visit. Unfortunately we already had my daughter's dress, but I went in and found a beautiful and perfect mother of the bride dress. In my visits there to find the dress, and subsequent fittings I watched them work with brides and saw them matching the brides wishes with their inventory. The staff was helpful with my fitting and choice of a dress, and made me feel very special. I would recommend this to be the ONLY place to go to get a bridal gown in Denver. Easy parking, easy appointments, spacious fitting rooms and mirrors and very very personal experience! more

Lisa had pulled out a dress in champagne for me just so I could see how the champagne color looked and I ended up loving THAT dress and totally changed my mind from the original dress that I loved. My mom and I both cried. The dress is amazing and Lisa was so wonderful to help me out even though I had a different dress in mind. She helped my find the PERFECT dress for my wedding. Not only did they help me find my perfect dress they also had great recommendations for photographers and a florist and they have the BEST wedding mints ever. You have to try them when you go in. They make great party favors!!! We are having a candy bar at our wedding and the people they get their mints from also have all sorts of other candies to choose from. My wedding is still a few months away but I can’t wait for my dress to arrive. I will be recommending this Bridal Shop to everyone I know! more
