It is really hard for me to write this review as I love the salon and it's employees. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed and I am going to do that now. The air conditioner has been broken for almost 2 months. Last night it was 105 degrees inside the salon. Try getting into a bed and it now feels like it is 150 degrees. I have complained multiple times and the girls at the store have been very nice about it. They have given me a few free upgrades to the room that has air flow. They have reported the problem to the owner multiple times and the air has yet to be fixed. I myself have called the corporate number and have left messages and I do not get a call back. I feel so sorry for the sweet girls that work there as they are sweating like pigs and getting yelled at every other client who walks in behind me. I spoke with the manager and told her I was going to file a complaint with the health board. She sent an email to the higher ups and they responded, ""As stated on our New Client Information, we are not liable for any injury to person or property caused in any way by the use of its services or its premises. She has filled one of these out for this type of situation and will not go far with filing any type of a complaint with the health board."" WOW!!!!! This is how they run their business? I am horrified by the lack of concern to the overall health of their clients and employees. Please, let me clarify that this is a corporate complaint, not a salon complaint. If this salon was run by anyone other than the butt holes who obviously does not care about people, I would love it. The girls are nice, personable and always helpful. Sadly, as much as I like the staff and the beds, I refuse to give my money to a business owner like this anymore. GOODBYE CELEBRITY!!!!!!!!!
