Cedar Ridge Apartments

I lived here for five years. In the last few years they did not keep up the landscaping and any maintenance request would get no answer for a long time even things such as fire alarm issues that are supposed to be legally attended to immediately.The management just is not attentive at all to this property and they do not live on site nor are they on site very often. I had the misfortune of a methamphetamine addict for a neighbor. He began a large toxic meth lab in which the management would lie and pretend like it wasn't going on. I have a horror story to tell. Do not live here specially building B..a meth lab has been active for months. It is a toxic environment. They will not take proper care of you but only cover their own asses. Stay far away from this property as it is a toxic waste land at this point. It's going to end up with the renters who are felons and drug addicts only. the manager has a tendency to protect the drug addicts and drug dealers. That will only make you scratch your head and wonder. manager will lie and say she puts people over here from Forest Glen that are only her best tenants. This is a flat out lie for most part as she dumps off the drug addicts and people that are complained about at Forest Glen. there has been an active meth lab in apartment B9. Please be aware of this as people that live there may become ill. I suggest a law suit as I doubt they will ever clean it up properly. I am giving this review to protect people from harm. more

It used to be a VERY nice, decent place to live...till a new owner took it over. The problem here - there is NO management at all and you are left on you own. Do NOT expect someone will respond to your repair requests. Do NOT expect any innovations and renewing even if you have been living in your apartment for 20 years. Too bad, but this place is going to be transformed into the piece of garbage. more

I've lived in many apartments before and living in these apartments has been a nightmare. Being good tenants doesn't get you anywhere. When you try to ask for any help there's always excuses. The pictures are deceiving and the insulation is the worst causing Black Mold everywhere. I just don't want anybody to suffer living in an unsafe environment like we have. more
