Worst

We bought my ford from them and it literally took 2 days to do the deal. Most of it was sitting around the dealership waiting on them to do their own paperwork!

My experience at Cavalier was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable, almost like family. Our sales person, Shawn Wilson was very knowledgeable about the 2011 Taurus that we purchased and explained everything he could in the time period we had. He told us to come back at any time and he could explain more. Nicole who works in the office in the back introduced us and is very good at her job. She also introduced us to Doug, the service mananger of the green team , who does his best for us. Every one has been awesome in the whole dealership and I would definitely recommended my friends to come to Cavalier if they were buying a new or used car. Thank you so much for the great experience. more

When you are going out to purchase a car you don't always think of positive things. However, with all the work that Shawn Wilson put into helping me get the car that I wanted, I could not have asked for more. When I came in I told him what I was looking for in a car and my price range, he showed me only the cars that met my requirement, which was refreshing, and was not pushy. He was with me every step of the way and even followed up to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. WORLD CLASS SERVICE FROM CHRIS SMELSER 1/25/2011

I bought my first brand new vehicle form Chris Smelser and I will never buy from anyone else. I actually have bought two more vehicles from him since then and have gotten two more family members to buy from him also. One day I bought my wife, and myself a vehcle and at the same time my parents were buying themselves one, all from Chris Smelser. Three vehicles from one person in the same day speaks alot about the salesman. I would go as far as to say that the service I have recieved from Chris is World Class, 5 stars, A+, and I am glad he was the one to assist me, it made my car buying experiences very pleasant. more

I recently purchased a pre owned truck from Cavalier Ford. I continue to come back to Cavalier because of Bill Minyard. Bill has sold my family several vehicles over the years. We wouldn't trust anyone else. Bill always makes us feel comfortable and confident about the transaction. He insures it meets our needs and our budget. He was very polite and did everything possible to get us the vehicle to fit our family needs. This last year I bought my very own car and it wouldnt have been as exciting without the guy that made it happen, Shawn Wilson! He made the experience fun and worth wild. I love my red Ford Focus! My sales person , Earl Odem Is the best I have ever worked with. HIs knoledge of the product lines,warranty and finiancing incentives was astonishing to me. I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know the experience I had with purchasing my last vehicle. I'd been in the market for a long time for a Ford Explorer Sport Trac but I only wanted to deal with a dealership. I got in contact with one of your salesmen, Danny McDermott, and he found exactly what I was looking for. Even after the sale, he follows up with me regularly, and even helped me get a lock cut off of the trailer hitch, when the previous owner couldn't find the key. After leaving Beach Ford disappointed, I was very pleased with how I was treated at Cavalier Ford. I worked with a salesman named Jay Connolly who listened to what I had to say, and didnt try to force me into a specific car that day. I will definitely go back and see Mr. Connolly at Cavalier Ford for all of my future car buying needs. more
