My husband and I went on Sunday and the place had a quite big line to get in. Their buffet style is quite different from restaurants like Ryan's or Golden Corral. It is like this... you enter and get this big line and the line is getting big every time you look behind you, you get your bowl for your salad, your plate and silverware and start putting the food in your plate. I felt I was in school cafeteria again! When you finish filling up your plate and get dessert, you choose your table and it will take a good couple of minutes later if the place is really busy for the waitress bring your tea or water (both included in the price). I saw some comments about the banana pudding... I agree that pudding is delicious, but I didn't find any banana on mine... I like the wafers and the cream on the banana pudding so that one that they serve is perfect for me, taste like Nilla wafers ""cake"". The food is really good and have that really wonderful homemade taste. I loved the the fried fish, so tender, so homemade and the fried chicken is really good too. Be aware that they DO NOT accept debit or credit cards, but your check and cash are still good.
Pros: Good food, good price
Cons: Crowded, no credit or debit cards accepted
