Highly Recommended!!! 7/14/2011

I've been a client with the Cat Care Clinic for a couple of years. Dr. Howell and Dr. Albrecht are very knowledgeable Vets. I wouldn't take my "Molly" to any other Vet.\r \r I really like the fact that it's a "Cat Only" clinic! My "Molly" goes through enough stress when I have to put her in a pet carrier. It's so nice not having to worry about dogs stressing my cat out even more. \r \r I have recommended the Cat Care Clinic to my friends. I've been very satisfied with the services that I've received plus I am very satisfied with the Staff. Another reviewer stated that the Staff is rude and such. I've never had such a problem. The receptionists are always friendly and polite. Most of the time, they greet me with a smile as soon as I walk through the door.\r \r Yeah, their prices are a little higher on some things but I'm willing to pay the extra prices because it's a "Cat Only" clinic. My "Molly" appreciates it too!\r \r Thank you Dr. Howell and Dr. Albrecht for taking such good car more

Avoid this Vet!!! 2/6/2011

Not caring about cats. They pretend to care about cats but are only concerned with the money they can squeeze out of the owners, and seem to prey on women who are too timid to have dogs. They find a way to get every cat in their clinic on a "special" cat food, even when they don't need it, and will always come up with "extra" charges onto any surgery or procedure, and charge it to you without your approval. Be careful if you ever leave your cats because they will not be nice to them, and don't seem to care if the cat is in pain or not, and then you will get hundreds of added charges added to your bill. If you ever try to complain about the treatment that they give your cat, the rude office manager will hang up on you and refuse to let you speak to the doctor/owner who is never there - always has a substitute bring in. They never answer questions, but always want you to bring the cat in that day and you never see the same vet twice, unless you happen to be lucky. So not profession more

not sure 1/12/2011

I do regret wasting my time & money at this clinic. Dr. Howell was amazing with my cat but his diagnosis was to do, multiple, very expenses tests - which later were determined to not be necessary. \r \r There was an odd female "Dr." that saw us once. She seemed about as knowledgable as the receptionist. She pronounced words incorrectly and could not handle a cat well. She told me that she "wasnt sure" if there would be a drug interaction between the mutiple drugs they wanted to prescribe for my cat. That was my very last visit.... more

Excellent , caring cat specialist 6/20/2006

My cat has been a patient at the Cat Care Clinic for a few years, and I wouldn't take her anyplace else. Dr Howell has been exclusively a cat specialist for 25 years, so he knows more about cats than any other vet I've ever dealt with. Taking the cat to the vet is a stressful expeience for both of us, but I've found that it's much easier when there are no dogs around to terrify her. I don't think that it's much more expensive here compared to other vets, so I would rather have an doctor exclusively for cats. I feel like she receives great care there and the entire staff is nice. PROS: excellent care CONS: having to take the cat to the vet! more

Good Care 5/6/2006

The Cat care clinic is a wonderful vet clinic that specializes in only cats. The doctor is so friendly and she is so wonderful. She's a cat lover and the owner of the clinic, which makes it even better. All the staffs work at the clinic are very friendly and are more helpful when I' have been there. They know our cats are like our children and they take very good care of them. They did not charge me a more. I suggest this clinic a lot. The place where your cat like to go. more
