Catle Park Riverside 5/27/2009

Lots of fun for your money. It's not fancy, but my boys, ages 4,8,& 12 love it because you can get on 10 rides in a hour! No lines. Make sure you go in the daytime, nighttime brings in some undesirables from the local area. Lots of cute kiddie rides, and pre-teens love their log ride. more

Fun, but can attract the wrong crowd 4/14/2006

There is miniature golf here, rides, and arcade and it can be a lot of fun, but there isn't a lot of security and the safety level is not high I feel. If there was a little more put into security and maintenance I would give this place a higher rating. Hopefully in the future I will be able to. However, I will say this-their unlimited ride and arcade deals are good. Tuesday and Thursday nights are when they hold their specials. For a more safe and maintained place, try Mulligans or Pharaoh's Kingdom. more

Castle Park Amusement Park 12/5/2005

Castle Park Amusement Park used to be the place to take your kids on the weekends back in the day, but in recent years it has degraded rapidly and now it pretty much sucks. It's really run down, the miniature golf is in bad condition, the arcade is full of old games, and the attractions are rickety and old. It is not expensive, but I don't even think it is worth going to with such a cheap price. At night it actually is kind of scary just because it is very poorly lit and everything is so dilapidated. It does have four different miniature courses, so that's a plus side. But once again, they all suck. Overall, I would avoid this place at all costs. Pros: Few and far between Cons: Too many to list more

Great for kids 9/12/2005

There is a lot of different activities to do at Castle Park that are aimed at children and teenagers. I do not see adults without children having quite as much fun. There is an arcade, that offers tickets for merchandise, a nice minature golf setup and plenty of small level amusement park rides. Grounds could be cleaner, I have found them to be a little unkempt on recent visits. During the summer they offer 10 dollar unlimited ride days, which are a great deal for a cheap day of entertainment. more

A good place for the tots 9/4/2005

This place is fun for the smaller kids, but it doesn't have the huge thrills to please the thrill-seekers. There is good food available, and the pizza at the nearby Big Top Restaurant is very good, with good customer service. The arcades have plenty of neat games for the kids to play and even better, have an assortment of prizes for the kids to bring home. However, my favorite part of the whole experience was the miniature golf course. That was a lot of fun, for people of all ages, and I had a good time playing a round with my family. more

inexpensive place for fun 8/17/2005

This place is good for a little outing with the kids. You can get a wristband for unlimited rides/play for $10!! A game of miniature golf is only around $4! That's reasonable to take the family out and have a little bit of fun. There's food and games there, and it actually does look like a castle. There is a small rollercoaster you can ride, lots of fun arcade games! more

Good for a nice trip 8/10/2005

This amusement park is nice if you are not wanting to go to the bigger parks with a lot of people. It is more of a teen hang out during the night times. So if you are wanting to go with your family try during the day. All types of rides for the family.Everything from small tot rides to fast teenage rides. You can even go miniature golfing. Which is a decent price. On the inside of the "Castle" they have a lot of arcade games. All and all it was fun as a teenager and still fun for my now family. more

castle park 8/5/2005

there is no entrance free, you pay as you go - which can be good or bad depending on your taste. i recomend castle park if you have younger children, it is a smaller park with smaller rides but it is just as fun as going to a bigger park such as six flags. this is more of a family place, and there is miniature golf! more

not amused anymore 8/5/2005

Castle Park has turned into an unhealthy environment. There needs to be more security in this amusement park as it just doesn't seem as safe as it once was. The positive thing is that it does have miniature golf, and some rides, nothing too great though. more

Great place for the kids 7/30/2005

This amusement park slash family fun center is the best value around. They have their fair share of carnival rides to satisfy the rollercoaster junkie in your group. They have an up-to-date arcade. They have some of the best miniature golf courses around. And they have go-karts. This place has everything so bring the kids why don't you. more

A fun place to go that is local... 7/26/2005

I really like going to Castle Amusement Park. They offer miniature golf, amusement park rides and games, an arcade, and bumper cars. It is a fun, family-oriented place to go to. It's no Disneyland but a great local attraction that doesn't cost as much as a higher end place. more
