I have never seen a more inconsistent restaurant. 3 out of 4 meals are superb. Deserving of 5 stars. Then comes the bad meal in which everything is terrible. On those occasions it seems like a different restaurant entirely, one deserving of one star. I hope the manager works out who is in need of more training, so that everyday is a good day to pick Cassano's. more
