Yo! toadbudtt! \r First of all, if a person has a mower problem this is where you go. Ok? Second, then while your standing behind 5 people (because they also know this is the place to go) perhaps you could read (you can read can't ya?) the clearly posted sign that indicates that there is in fact a charge for looking at your old lawn mower (shocker I know).\r Third, Geee if it only would have taken 10 minutes to fix....well maybe you could have fixed it,... oh wait your the guy who doesn't drain his old gas for the winter and expects all is well in the spring.\r And finally, fat? Really? I don't personally know the person you are slamming in your post, however every time I'VE been in there she has been very nice and helpful. I think she is smart and pretty. Jerks like you really need to go back to the perfect world you came from. more

In response to August review. \r We are a professional shop and have been in business for over 50 years. First of all we will not lower ourselves to the level of this customer. The customer came in and advised mower had'nt been run in a while. An estimate is just that an estimate. From the counter we cannot tell what is wrong with the unit, or what carburetor is on it. Carburetors are different for all models and model years. This unit not only needed a carburetor, but was in need of a basic service. Our mechanic took the time to check the unit over and look up parts and price it out for the customer. When the the estimate was completed by the mechainic to fix we called customer to get approval to fix. The customer did not want to spend the money to fix, therefore there is an estimate/diagnotics fee, which is posted over our counter. Mechanics nor anyone for that matter work for free. Unfortunately the cost to fix some equipment is not cost effective. \r Sincerely, more

this place is a rip off! 1st, the cynical fat ower sat on his computer for 15 minutes while 5 customers waited in line. I brought my old push mower in because it did not start. The fat lady said it would be $200 brand new. She further stated it was probably the carborator and estimated the repair at $60-75. When the called me 10 days later fat owner said it would be $175 to fix. Obvioulsly I went in to pick it up without the repair. He told me $35. When I asked why fat lady didn't tell me when I brought it in he said, because there are ""signs all over."" Horrible horrible horrible business practice to take advantage of customers for what amounted to probably 10 minutes of work. more

We live in Michigan but travel to Florida at least twice a year. We looked for an RV in the Ocala, 441 area. Almost bought that one, but got a better deal in Grand Rapids, Michigan. \r \r When we started shopping for a mower, we had some idea of what they were going for. Caskey's gave us a better deal, so we bought it in Tavares and hauled it back to Michigan. We were so pleased with the service that we went back to Caskey's on our next trip and bought a STIHL chainsaw. When I called Kelly, the lady behind the desk, and told her that my husband wanted a few extra chains, she mailed them. It was cheaper to buy our parts from Caskey's and pay the shipping than to buy here. Great service. VERY friendly. Very Accommodating. Anyone who doesn't agree either tried to get something for nothing or tried to screw Caskey's unsuccessfully! Pros: Very good deals. Very accommodating. Very helpful. Cons: That they are in Florida and not in Michigan. more
