Casey Automotive does so much for me. We've got three cars, and three drives, so in between the three of us, there is a car in there almost every other week it seem. During my most recent experience with Casey Automotive, they contacted me before they did any work. They told me the cost of the repairs, what was necessary to be done right away, and what needed to be done in the future. They gave me the option to choose the work I wanted to do, rather than deciding for themselves. more

I have been a customer for 4 years now it is very hard to find a good, honest mechanic these days. There prices are very fair and you could not find anyone that does this good of work. The guys find the problem and fix it right the first time. I OWN A NISSAN FRONTIER when it was under warranty i had a squeal from the belt i went to the dealer and they told me it was the belt tensioner they replaced it 11 times before my warranty was up the noise came back i went to casey and the boys determined that you have to re-aline the belt after so long and that it was not a tensioner. THEY SAVED ME OVER 4 HUNDRED DOLLARS. I would recommend them to anyone that needs service to there vehicle. more

I just received VIP service at your Streamwood location! A loaded 2011 Ford Fusion loaner car was waiting outside with its air conditioning running as I arrived to drop off my car. My car's repairs were completed perfectly, as quoted, and in a very timely manner. A big thanks to Ole Gar who has been helping me tackle a series of repairs needed to keep my older Honda running. I always recommend Casey Automotive. I have 5 cars, and they maintain all of them after they go off of warranty, doing things like oil changes, tires, you name it. Paul Casey, the owners son, runs the store over by my house, and he does a real good job. He's always very accommodating, and it's always a good experience there, I'll tell ya'! We have been bringing both our Kia & Jeep to the Streamwood location and we have been treated with friendly honest service. The team there has repaired all of our issues in a timely manner and if you were to compare the cost they really re below the others. I wish I would have brought our cars here a long time ago. This review is for Casey on 715 Rand Rd in Arlington Heights IL. I've been their customer for more than 6 years. I go here for a quick oil change or new brakes. I've always trusted them and could always depend on honest opinion. Their prices are unbeatable and service is outstanding. Thanks to Paul he is always helpful. I've been going to Casey's for years. In that time they've been totally honest, prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. I would, and do, highly recommend Casey's to my friends and family. I take all my vehicles there for any type of repairs. They never push to have me do any repairs, and always explain the nature of any required repairs. I tend to be a bit of a car fanatic, and take excellent care of my vehicles. The staff at Casey's knows this, and helps me by pointing out when I need to perform required maintenance, again with no pressure. We've been going to Casey Automotive for about twenty years now. It is a solid, established shop. They are honest, trustworthy and personable. Plus, they are hugely knowledgeable. We were a two car family for many years. Then our daughter was coming-of-age and was going to get her license. We wanted to transition into a three car family but we needed to get our 2000 Saturn serviced and inspected before we passed it on to her. We took it to Casey's, of course, and told them that whatever they needed to do to make it safe for her is what we'd do. It needed a new master cylinder, which they did, and it's been running great ever since! They are incredibly honest, and our family trusts them wholeheartedly and whatever they recommend. From the people at the front desk to the mechanics everyone there is so great. They're polite and courteous. They are there for whatever it is they need to do to help their customers. I had my oil change at casey's automotive and I always had a problem with a funny noise in my engine and idling rough. Other shops I have been too told me I need a Full Engine Tune-Up. Casey replaced my fuel filter problem fixed. It is nice to have an honest repair shop to take your car. Thanks I will be back :) more

I experienced Casey Autos in Palatine for the first time and left very displeased. Not only is the front desk ill-mannered, but I arrived at 7:30am and still waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. They lack tact, skill, time efficiency, and are considerably the most incompetent auto shop in the area. Do NOT give this auto shop any business- I most definitely recommend going elsewhere. more
