We stayed at Cascade Falls Lodge over the July 4th Holiday (2006). I must say how friendly the lodge keepers were. Sandy and Ted were very accommodating and there to help with recommendations of restuarants. The room was nice with additional feature for those who travel great distance (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer). Refrigerator and microwave were handy considering it cut down on eating out expense. Bed was comfortable. I cannot rate the pillows because I am one of those people who have to have their pillow from home. Overall performance, of the room, extras (like hot tub, 1/2 off Hot Spring Pool passes) is fantastic. I forgot to mention how close it was to all the July 4th events. Well everything in Ouray is in with walking distance no matter where you are. We will be staying there next year and the year after that! The price was the best in town.
