I bought a 1996 chevy S-10 from the owner there and thought I was getting an ok truck. I knew I had to have some repairs done and accepted the fact, what I didn't realize was that the truck was unsafe to drive, more like dangerous to drive! the frame has rusted out near the passenger side that holds up the stabilizer bar for the wheel. then I find out that the catalytic converter was not in the truck but had a straight pipe instead, I called him about these issues, he said to me ""I thought I told you there was no catalytic converter in the truck."" I said to him, no you didn't tell me this, otherwise I would haven't bought the truck in the first place! then he back tracked and told me that his yard had a break in and a dozen or so cats where stolen and he just put straight pipes in!! I had advised him that that was illegal and he could get fined! he didn't care. just because I signed a paper that said I was buying the truck as-is! BULLCHIT! I will be taking him to court on the repairs that are going to cost me 400 bucks! the truck is going to need a windshield, 4 new tires, engine work, and possibly transmission work as well! DONT BUY ANY CAR/TRUCK FROM THESE SWINDLERS! thank god I paid with my credit card, had the charges reversed!! they don't check the used cars/trucks when they come in! they just list them and then sell them when they come in!! more

Purchased an engine that's description claimed ""tested"" it also claimed to have low miles. Upon removal of the intake found a large rodent nest in the valley, there were massive amounts of oil and buildup on the exterior (fully aware of this being a thirty year old engine, but this was excessive), also not noted was a broken bolt on the exhaust manifold. Paid 500 for the engine plus freight of around 150. Called to see if we could exchange or return the engine since these things weren't noted. Was told that day since the description said ""tested"" (not sure how you test an engine with a 12 x 8 inch nest in it...) we would probably be charged the freight both ways plus a restocking fee. Waited over a week to hear from shop foreman and was told no different. Now have a $650 boat anchor. I read numerous negative reviews on this company and am adding my experience to aid others to not be scammed. more
