I called this morning and spoke to dispatch. He asked me when would be a good time, I said I would not be home between 12-2. He said after 2 would probably work. At 2pm, I received a call stating they would be out in about 30 mins. 30 minutes later, Techshowed up. he was quick. He said it would take him 2 minutes to fix it and he was right. That's exactly the kind of people I like to do business with. He even oiled the rest of my rollers and made some recommendations regarding the maintenance of my garage door. Thanks! more

SIMPLY AWESOME! Called the office at 10:40. They had tech at my house at 11:20. Fixed everything including lubricating the entire door. I would never call anyone else if there was an issue with my garage door. Thank you for your professionalism. more

Very Helpful Company 9/14/2011

We needed our broken garage door opener replaced. I called yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon I had a brand new garage door opener with keypad, and tech even synced it to my car! Definitely painless! more

Cary garage door Service 9/13/2011

I have used Cary garage door for almost 5 years. I have had them install a new metal, double-wide door, a couple of garage door openers, replace broken springs. I have been satisfied with the job they did every time and never had to call them back to fix a problem. Since this is the kind of service that one uses only rarely, it is hard for an individual to have a comprehensive view of what the company is like at any given time. I can only say that every time I called on them, they showed up on time and did a good job for me. I have not had a disappointing experience with them. more

Amazing Service 9/7/2011

Tech came within 15 minutes to get our door open so we could pull our car out, and later to reinstall a new spring that had snapped. These doors/components are approaching 25 years old and were loud and rickety always - he got them gliding smooth and quiet now. Quick response, very good work, and fair pricing. Highly recommended. more

I was referred to "Cary garage door" by a friend of mine here . I called them to replace a broken spring. They scheduled the work very quickly, showed up with the right components to fix my door, and serviced them at the same time. They did a great job, and the price was right. more

They were great. They were very helpful, and the doors they installed were awesome. I had two garage doors installed. On one of them, the wire kept popping off on the track, and they came to fix it. They were always great each time, and the problem hasn't happened again in several months. more

I used them yesterday. My garage door was broken and my neigbor gave me there phone number. I promptly called and was treated very well. The man they sent easily repaired the garage door and he did it fast. more
