Mazda 3 East Hartford Service 11/30/2011

Most of my service appointments have been for oil changes. Service is great and staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable. All work is done in a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied with dealership. more

I have had my Mazda in for service several times. I am always treated with respect and courtesy every-time. I am very, very pleased with the service. Everything is done on-time and explained as to what was done. I have walked in with no appointment and had jobs done right away. Everyone is very considerate and always puts the customer first. All of your people are great attributes to your business. Treat them well. more

Jim Fuska is the Best! 6/13/2011

We have been buying our vehicles from Jim Fuska for 15 years. He is extremely knowledgable and also will make the effort to go the "extra mile" to be sure you get the car that is right for you. This is the first Mazda we have bought from Jim and it was a most pleasurable experience. Everyone of the staff we met was very friendly and helpful. It is reassuring to know that there is a classy and clean dealership for any service with my vehicle. And of course it is most reassuring to get those follow-up calls from Jim to be sure you really like your car. It is so nice to get the special treatment extended by Mazda of Manchester. In addition to excellent service from Jim Fuska he always keeps me laughing; an added bonus. more

Great CX9 3/18/2011

I can't tell you how great the CX9 is. Everyone has been very impressed with our new purchase. It has come in very handy already, this past weekend. It was a great thing to have so a large group of us could travel together.Such a smooth ride and very comfortable. The older members of our family were thrilled with the ease of getting in and out of the vehicle. We love the new Addition. I personally can't wait for our trips to Baltimore and Washington DC later in May and July.---Bonnie S more
