I am so impressed with Susan's work! She was flexible about scheduling at a time that was convenient for me, and about offering a variety of indoor and outdoor settings. In addition to her exceptional photographic artistry, she is also very adept with Photoshop and other design tools. She was able to retouch my portraits in such a way that no one could tell they had been retouched... the results were fabulous! I wholeheartedly recommend Susan for any of your photographic and graphic design needs! more

I could never, never, ever have done 4/14/2012

I could never, never, ever have done this myself. My husband and I were looking to get a logo for our blog. Something unique but not off the wall. The idea of going to a graphic designer was daunting and we didnâ??t know what to expect. This was way outside our wheel house. When I met with Susan Carrigg she made me feel instantly at ease. She communicated with us in a way that we could understand and relate to. She explained the process of actually designing a logo and the information she needed to catch our vision. She also spent time with us thinking ahead and positioning us with a logo in formats that would allows us to use it online, in print etc. etc. I thought there was just jpg. and pdf. Susan really took care of our needs and was the expert for us. Plus, what an artist!! The excitement she had about our design ideas and the time she took in making it just right for us as well as constantly improving on her last design (which was all on her personal time) got me more and more excited about the final design. This was something we never could have done ourselves. The quality of the finished product, having all the right formats, and having a ton of funâ?¦Thank you Susan! more

We recently hired Carrigg Photography & Design to take photos of our clinic space, and we are so thrilled with the results. We want to use these photos for various marketing projects, so the quality of the images are very important to us. Susan, one of the owners, met with me prior to the shoot and listened carefully to my needs. She assured me that all my requests would be addressed. I am most impressed by the level of professionalism this company has. They were punctual to all appointments, and on the day of the shoot they set up equipment with minimal disturbance to the rest of the clinic. Everything was left spotless once they had finished the session We hardly knew they were there! Within 1 week, they provided me with high quality images of the clinic, which Iâ??m so proud to use. It is exactly what I had requested. Susan, at Carrigg Photography is such a pleasure to work with and I am truly happy with the results. The best family photo's ever taken! 12/14/2011

I have always admired the work Susan does.. never letting an opportunity to browse through her photo books or her portfolio pass by... I think her work is truly amazing! So as the holidays grew near & being a California transplant, I thought to myself... what better gift then some professional portraits of my kids and myself for the family who don't get to see us very often? So I reached out to my favorite photographer about getting the family photo shoot scheduled. Susan was so beyond flexible with her scheduling, since we do live in the NW, she was watching and waiting for the perfect day to do an outdoor shoot. When she saw the break in the weather she immediately called me, scheduled it on a weekend and got some amazing shots, I mean she made me look like a movie star! I am so impressed with the pictures and can't wait to book another session with her, she is so professional and fun to work with...she even managed to get my teenage son to crack a smile! Not only do I plan to use Susan's services again in the future but I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for great pictures. more

Great Professional Photographer 11/17/2011

We recently hired Carrigg Photography & Design to take some casual photos to be used by our business. We used these photos on our website and in our informational brochures we distribute to prospective customers. We needed professional photos we could be proud of and would leave a positive impression on our customers. Susan came up with some great ideas for poses to use in the photos. The pictures are of high quality and we have received many compliments from our customers. We would recommend Carrigg Photography & Design for all your professional photography needs. more

Great Design Work!! 11/17/2011

Carrigg Photography has done work for me several times. Wether it was for business card design or logo's the time they have spent was incredible. Not only was the price fair and creativity was top notch. Not only did they go the extra mile, but most places wouldn't even consider doing the art work for the intense style and design. Susan has talent! I wanted to change my logo to represent me and my interior design business. My first logo was simple and a quick design, I designed. It was time to step up my logo and branding, I hired Susan to work on my new image. She did an awesome job that I completely fell in love with! She captured me and my creativity with a flair of elegance. She has a natural talent for graphic design. She is currently working on my brochures! more

Experienced, innovative and meticulous! 3/25/2011

The Carriggs created an excellent professional art portfolio for my ceramics work in record time. Boy, do they hustle! Watching them arrange my pottery in innovative ways amazed me. Since I already knew a little about depth of field, harmony, lighting, angle, dimension, etc., I wondered if I’d need to make suggestions. Ha! They showed me. Susan and Steve multi-tasked so effectively they were always several steps ahead of me, contemplating their next technical move. No detail was too small for their discerning eyes. I appreciated their willingness to take creative risks (and make great suggestions) while listening carefully to my rather strict objectives. The photos they created accentuate the best aspects of my art work, and everyone who’s seen them is equally impressed. I’m so delighted with the Carrigg’s fabulous work, I just gotta shout woohoo!!! more

Creative and Fast! 3/20/2011

Recently I decided it was time for an update to my business image. A friend introduced me to Susan Carrigg and am I happy I made that introduction. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. I liked parts of my old design but not all of it. I am sure she thought I was indecisive or confused or who knows what when we first met but Susan made me feel at ease. She asked great questions and then went to work giving me visual options to choose from. She showed me how they would look on my website, my letterhead and even my business card. With each option she would ask what I liked and didn't like ultimately helping me to create just the right look. Susan also has great printer resources that will save money and time. I love that she can also help me with the right photgraphic support for my work. I will be talking to her about that next. more

Great work with quick turnaround 3/17/2011

Susan Carrigg is a tremendous graphic designer you can call on for creative, fast, technically superb ads, brochures, or a wealth of other marketing material. Susan created an ad for me that matched my brand and included wonderful gradients and design. I gave her about 10 pictures and asked her to choose the best 3, simply asking for diversity in gender and location. Having her make those image calls was a big time saver for me when I faced a tight ad deadline. What struck me about Susan was that she personified great customer service and technical skills– whether it was quickly responding to emails or handling the conversion to CMYK color space so the ad colors would be true to how they were captured. I highly recommend you contact Susan to kick start your promotional campaigns in a stress free way. more

Brilliant, creative and fun to work with! 2/24/2011

I hired Carrigg Photography & Design to photograph my daughter's wedding recently. They also designed the invitations and other print material for the wedding. The invitations were remarkable and very original. I received so many compliments. The wedding was a themed wedding and the invitations were perfect for the occasion. The programs, table numbers, menus and thank you cards were coordinated in a way that brought it all together to just look fantastic. And, the photography is absolutely beautiful. I planned the wedding myself and did most of the work, so the day was just a blur. I am so grateful to have all those wonderful pictures to remind of the beautiful day. My daughter's and new son-in-laws favorite part of the photography was the photo shoot that happened before the wedding. Susan and Steve arranged a special meeting before the event and captured it all on film. The pictures are absolutely beautiful and my daughter is stunning in the photos. I can't say enough good things about the job that the Carrigg's did.
