Extremely impressed! they answered all of my questions over the phone and was very helpful. We had an absolute mess with some very tough, dried up stains. I thought it was hopeless. theyr came, took a look at the mess, and I think he wanted to run the other way, but we asked him to do his best and the results were amazing!
