When we purchased new carpet we went looking at many different places and even had a few come to our house. By the time we went to Carpet Zone, we knew what we had in mind. I had all the measurements and was ready to be done with the whole process. I was surprised at how helpful the people at Carpet Zone were. I explained what we were looking for and they went to a sample I loved. They were the cheapest by far. I didn't even have to show them a price to match because there price from the start was lower. Once we paid the carpet was installed within a week. The two guys installing it were great. They moved everything and did a wonderful job. more

Recently I wanted new carpeting throughout much of my house and visited many carpeting stores in search of what I wanted at the best price. Carpet Zone is where I ended purchasing carpeting for half my house. This store was kind of hidden in between a Rite Aid and a bowling alley, I didn't even realize it was there until I was in the parking lot. I'm very glad I found it though. This store had a very large selection of carpeting in stock to view, as well as many samples from which you could order. The salesmen were helpful without being pushy, letting me look and answering my questions quickly and easily. The carpeting I liked the most was more expensive than at some places, but they were able to give me a deal, and I ended up doing two rooms, two hallways and a circular staircase installed for less than 3 places had quoted me for just the two rooms. They gave me the top of the line pad at no extra cost. The installation went great, they arrived on time, were thorough and cleaned more
