Expensive and poor service 5/4/2011

Very poor service. They are more than willing to sell you products, but don't expect any help if you have questions or concerns after the purchase. Also, the sales folks do not know much about their products...they cannot answer basic questions. Overall very unhappy with my purchase there...I would recommend Lowes or Home Depot for better prices and much better service. more
