Spotless clean carpets and tile 1/11/2011

I got my carpet cleaned by a really nice gentlemen. Very polite person and did a good job cleaning my carpets. I went ahead and gave him a tip for doing such nice work! I will certainly recommend Carpet Cleaning Windermere to my neighbors! The carpets were absolutely spotless and the tile looked like new.Thanks guys! more

Best carpet cleaner in the area hands down! 1/10/2011

We have a dozen rentals homes in Orlando Metro area and I have used other carpet cleaning firms before. Carpet Cleaning Windermere beats them all ""hands down "". Many times they were able to clean and make new, what I thought had to be replaced. more

Clean carpet and baseboards 11/30/2010

I located Carpet Cleaning Windermere on my neighborhood website, many of my neighbors hired them for numerous services. The team showed up on time for the service. They pretreated the stains and cleaned the carpet. They moved and cleaned under the living room furniture and steam cleaned all the baseboards. My service included scotchgard protector and deodorizer treatments. They cleaned all the closets for free to. I had three rooms done for $100. it was a good value. more

The highest rated Angies list carpet cleaning company 11/15/2010

Lots of people told me to get a membership to Angies list and finally I did. I hired a window cleaner, a pressure washing company, a maid service and finally a carpet cleaner. All the companies I hired threw Angies list did absolutely a fantastic work. I highly recommend anyone looked for excellent contractors to sign up for Angies list. The reviews are by certified paying members only, so you know they are accurate. I hired Carpet Cleaning Windermere of the list they had twice as many ratings and the were all 5 star perfect. Carpet Cleaning Windermere did a 5 star job for us as well. more

Best carpet cleaning deal 11/11/2010

Carpet Cleaning Windermere came to the Rescue! We originally hired a Burt?s orange carpet cleaning because they were cheap. Well we paid dearly for that cheap carpet cleaning. We found a coupon in the Value saver for a whole house carpet cleaning service for $89.00. The absolutely 100% scary team showed up they looked as if they cleaned the carpet by rolling on it in there clothes. They looked bad and they smelled even worse. I don?t know why I let them clean the carpet. Maybe I just felt bad for the fact that they had a total of 4 teeth between the two of them. After they sprayed the entire carpet with some kind of treatment. They showed me that the basic cleaning was not going to be good enough for my carpet and the service I needed was deep cleaning and that was $30.00 per room and $4.00 per step. The quote was $370.00 and I was left with no choice they all ready started. The carpet looked good when they were finished they sold me additional deodorizers and Teflon protestant now the price was $500. The guys packed up and left the carpet was wet for 3 days. Anywhere the legs of the furniture met the carpet it stained the carpet brown. The entire house had a mildew odor and all the spot were returning that they treated. I called and they said there were NO Guarantees what so ever and they would not return. After my blunder my wife called Carpet Cleaning Windermere ( A real carpet cleaner) and the came and total re-cleaned the carpet the price was $299 the carpet was dry in 3 hours , none of stains came back. I learned one important thing when dealing with service companies always ask what kind of service is included and what exactly is included in the price. more

An owner that cares about customer service! 11/8/2010

After a great cleaning we had by Carpet Cleaning Windermere the owner of the company called us at random to discuss the work we had done and to make sure we were satisfied. He is 77 years old and has been in the cleaning business for 34 years, and has 6 companies with more than 120 employee?s. He could have anyone call that works for him but at 77 he stays on top of every job and every customer. He said that he doesn?t spend any money advertising and word of mouth has grown his business alone for over 30 years. I hired them based on the excellent reputation, and highest rating on the internet. What I found is it was a excellent value for a really high end cleaning. They include stuff in there cleaning that other companies consider optional. I was impressed and will continue to hire Carpet Cleaning Windermere for future cleanings. more

100% satisfaction from a well qualified company 11/2/2010

I am the maintenance manager for a home here in Windermere. We research looking for a good local carpet cleaning company in Windermere, and came up with Carpet Cleaning Windermere. The company has four branches in Orlando metro area and I felt confident they could handle the scope of the job we needed done. We had 32 Areas of carpet cleaning, 62 Feet of indoor upholstery needing to be cleaned, 24 panels of draperies needing dry cleaning, 9 Mattresses and 11 Wool area rugs. They had 4 Crews come to complete the job. Eight crew member worked like clock work for 6 Hours to finish the job. Everything came out wonderful and the house was back together and everything was dry when the owners came back that evening. Excellent work! more

Good clean carpet and upholstery cleaning 10/17/2010

Two gentleman were sent over from Carpet Cleaning Windermere. They immediately recognized the stains on the carpet, and gave a estimate of what exactly needs to be done. They considered the different fabrics of the upholstery and carpet and also there age to create a program that worked. He cleaned the carpet in about an hours time and Im very pleased with the result that was obtained .If I need any more cleaning will definitely call Carpet Cleaning Windermere again. more

We called them back to clean our sofa and loveseat they too came out like the day sofa express delivered them. Great local Windermere Florida carpet cleaning service 10/13/2010

Not knowing anything about carpet cleaning services, I researched for several days and pulled a list and together of candidates. I wanted the best price, the most bang for my buck, and a green cleaning process. Carpet Cleaning Windermere met all the qualification and then some. They did a great job on my 7 area rugs; they were fast easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable about the different fabrics. Customer service seems to be the highest priority for them. I recommend this local service that you can trust their integrity. more

Windermere s best carpet cleaning service 10/8/2010

A leak in soda machine hoses saturated the entire dining area in soda syrup. As you could guess there was no way for us get out. It was like maple syrup layered into the rug. This I called Carpet Cleaning Windermere they were the only one available and willing to clean up the mess. They made quick work of the mess and left no evidence that we ever had the problem. The carpet was dry before the restaurant opened. Carpet Cleaning Windermere?s crew was real professional at carpet cleaning and customer service. more

Great carpet cleaning service 10/8/2010

I thought when I purchased the play dough that it was a fun toy to play with and my nephew would love it and he did. The only problem was when he played with it he got in into the carpet and it modified the color of the carpet fiber. My sister?s lease was up and It was time clean the mess. Carpet cleaning Windermere service saved us one other time with some pet issues so we gave them a shot at the play dough stains. It was a good call they cleaned it up perfect. Green carpet cleaning works great 10/4/2010

I hired carpet cleaning Windermere to fix a carpet cleaning job I had done by a dry chemical cleaning company. There was nothing organic about it. The children broke out in a rash all over their bodies from the chemicals they used. Carpet Cleaning Windermere rinsed out the entire dry chemical and neutralized the carpet. The product Carpet Cleaning Windermere uses is a green non toxic product and it leaves no residue in the carpet like the dry cleaning process did. Carpet dry cleaning is a waste of time and money. I hate to pay twice to get a job done, but thank god Carpet Cleaning Windermere was available to fix the problem. more

My daughter is allergic to mostly ever kind of chemical out there and we are extremely careful about every product we use in our home. Our allergist office referred us to an all natural carpet cleaning process that Carpet Cleaning Windermere offers as a service. They said that every one they referred to Carpet Cleaning Windermere had been extremely satisfied and never had any allergic reactions to the products. Best carpet cleaning deal in town. 10/3/2010

I rented a rug doctor machine to clean the carpet from Publix. It took me three hours to clean 3 rooms of carpet and it looked good when I was done. When the carpet dried after 2 days the entire carpet turned brown and every spot came back. I latter found out it was from over wetting the carpet because the small machine didn?t have enough suction power. I called Carpet Cleaning Windermere to come out fix what I did. I paid 65.00 for the rental and the chemicals plus bring the machine back and forth and 3 hours of hard labor and a mess to clean up. Carpet Cleaning Windermere charge was only $99 to have a professional company do it and guarantee there work. The moral of the story was I was penny smart and dollar stupid. It was a no brainer that I should have hired the professional in the first place. Do it yourself is good for some things but not carpet cleaning. Carpet Cleaning Windermere Did do an awesome job for an awesome price. Bravo more
