Be warned...DO NOT give your business to Caron Chevrolet. They misdiagnosed a easily replaceable $23 hose as being a $3000+ blown head gasket. They are incompetent, untrained, unprofessional, and rude. Their service department and manager does not know what they're doing. Save yourself the time, money, and much frustration and do not do business with Caron Chevrolet. You'll be happy you didn't. more

Exceptional customer service!!!!!!! 11/22/2008

Last year we purchased the first vehicle we have purchased at Caron Chevrolet, after purchasing several other vehicles at other dealerships I would have to say that our experience with Caron Chevrolet was one of a kind. The owner, sales people and service department are a group of world class people, that I would strongly recommend to my friends and family in the future. Randy (service manager) always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we are always satisfied anytime we are in for maintainence work, fast,effiecient and quality work. Kudos to CARON CHEVROLET!!! more

HORRIBLE..... 7/23/2008

DO NOT TRUST these people. They put in parts that had to be replaced WITHIN a YEAR. Also, they cut a piece from the outside molding of my driver door - without my knowledge or approval. They refused to fix it and replace the molding that THEY ruined. It significantly de-valued my vehicle. Manager of Service was rude and walked away from me. Owner was just as bad - rude and sarcastic - did nothing to help me. DISHONEST / MANIPULATIVE!! I know of 3 other families who had the same kinds of problems with these people. Please do not make the mistake we did. Now I'm out almost $800 with a chunk missing from my door.\r UNACCEPTABLE! more
